Laugh Out Louds For Moms Robin Helen Vogel

This collection of poetry and short vignettes provides a humorous glimpse into the world of motherhood. Short poems about colicky babies, nosy in-laws, heartless doctors, lack of sleep and privacy, and all the other unsung joys of raising a child fill the pages of this short book. This is a book for all mothers or mothers to be, no matter how old their children are.

I read this in one sitting, chuckled at many of poems. I actually liked the vignettes better than the poems because many of the poems are poorly scanned, many they read a bit awkwardly. Their sentiment is wonderful and witty and certainly true to life, just a bit awkward in the execution.

I still like this collection though, and I will definitely be looking back to a few of the poems now and then.

Our definition of an epublisher is a small press publisher whose business is primarily online. While most epublishers have print books as well as ebooks, for our reviews they will be considered epublishers.
